Question:Does this work on batteries?

Answer:NO, no battery option. You can only plug it in and use but wore is really long so you can practically carry it across a room even plugged in. Very useful thing though. I have given these to several pl with joint aches.

Question:It stopped working in 2 months. How to claim warranty ? It states that it has 1 year manufacturer's warranty.

Answer:I need to put request for return mentioning date of purchase with warranty certificate and type of malfunction.
